These folks have mastered a real schtick.

"The statistics you cite are misleading..."

[No, Black men are 3 or 4 times more likely to be shot by police than white men--it's your use of total numbers that's misleading.]

"Of course you're citing examples of white misbehavior because you're trying to make white people look bad."

[OK, fine. Show me one example where 3 Black guys hunted down and killed a jogging white man, were THERE when the police arrived, then got to go home that day and live free for months until video emerges.]

"White people are victims of affirmative action, just as much as Black people are victims of racism..."

[The truth is that white women are the primary beneficiaries of affirmative action--not that I'm begrudging women progress, but the fact is that white boys still hire their bros from Stanford.]

It goes on and on. I usually try to make fun of them in some way. But I don't have the energy to seriously engage any more. When they respond to my mockery with some version of "you can't refute my arguments so you resort to name-calling" I just tell them that I'm pointing out the obvious fact that they're racist, and if they want to die a racist (along with their mask-less, pro-covid friends) then go for it.
