I'm quoting Prof. Kendi with this reply. In Kendi's (more complete) formulation, there are no racists*. It isn't an "anti-someone" construction. People either support racist policies or work against them. A person can do a racist thing in one moment and an anti-racist thing in the next moment. The problem is that society is set up to be racist, since racist policies are ingrained. Systemic injustice in the criminal justice system, and redlining/discriminatory policies that herded BIPOC into underserved and under-resourced neighborhoods, for instance. And we want to be against those policies, maybe you agree? It's interesting that you automatically assumed that this was a negative perspective.

*Outside of people in groups like the KKK, i imagine.
