Democrats have finally discovered fear

And that’s why they’ll win a fair election

On opening night of the 2020 Democratic Convention, Michelle Obama said this:

“…So if you take one thing from my words tonight, it is this: if you think things cannot possibly get worse, trust me, they can; and they will if we don’t make a change in this election. If we have any hope of ending this chaos, we have got to vote for Joe Biden like our lives depend on it.”

So finally, Democrats are weaponizing fear in the way that Republicans have been using it for decades. Studies have shown that the fear center in conservatives’ brains is larger than that of liberals.

The great thing is that this tactic (by dint of that fact) should work wonders on fearful conservatives. Maybe they won’t vote for Biden, but maybe they’ll stay home or withhold their mail-in ballot. Would a fearful person really vote for more death, more disease, more economic waste? I know that a lot of rich people don’t care that poverty kills, because, well that’s poor peoples’ problem, right?

But Trump’s carnage, the thing he promised in his 2017 inauguration speech (now that’s a promise made, promise kept) is killing rich old people. And it’s killing rich old white people, white southern people, in Republican-led cities and states.
